Lieblings Gesichtswasser / Favorite Toner

Ich habe eher trockene Haut und benutze daher nur mildes Gesichtswasser und keines was zu stark austrocknet.

Einer meiner Favoriten ist von Alverde das Gesichtswasser Wildrose was speziell für trockene und sensible Haut ist. Es ist sehr mild und man hat nach der Anwendung kein Spannungsgefühl auf der Haut. Dennoch fühlt sich die Haut danach gründlich gereinigt an. Der Duft ist auch sehr angenehm, es riecht dezent nach Rosen. 150ml kosten hier ca. 3€.

I have rather dry skin and thus only use mild toners which don't dry out my skin. One of my favorite toners is from a German drugstore brand called Alverde. It's a natural product that mainly contains rose extracts. It is very gentle and does not leave my skin feeling dry. The scent is very nice too,- it smells like roses :) It's only $4 for 5.0 fl. oz.

Mein zweiter Favorit war eher ein Zufallsglücksgriff. Bei Feelunique gab es damals und gibt es auch jetzt gerade wieder ein Travel Set von Gatineau mit 3 Reinigungsprodukten: Eine Make-up Entfernermilch, ein Augen Make-up (AMU) Entferner (ölfrei), und Gesichtswasser. Für 12,19 inkl. Porto erhält man von jedem Produkt 50ml. Ein tolles Set zum kennenlernen und mich hat es definitiv überzeugt! Die Make-up Entfernermilch benutze ich selten, da ich zum Gesicht abschminken Tücher bevorzuge. Bei dem AMU Entferner ist vor allem toll, dass er ölfrei ist. Bei starkem AMU finde ich jedoch die ölhaltigen AMU Entferner meist effektiver/schneller. Wer empfindliche Augen hat, die öligen AMU-Entferner nicht mag oder ohne hin nur gelegentlich starkes AMU trägt, sollte diesen hier aber auf alle Fälle mal ausprobieren. Neben dem AMU-Entferner war für mich vor allem das Gesichtswasser das Highlight des Reisesets. Es ist ebenfalls sehr mild, ohne Alkohol und trocknet nicht aus. Aber insbesondere der Geruch!!! Der Geruch ist einfach einmalig. Alle drei Pflegeprodukte in diesem Set haben einen so tollen Geruch, dass ich sie mir allein deswegen schon in der Originalgröße gekauft hätte ;) Es fällt mir schwer den Geruch genau zu beschreiben, alle drei Produkte riechen unterschiedlich, aber alle haben einen sehr leicht frisch blumigen Duft.

Another favorite of mine was discovered by coincidence. I ordered a travel set from Gatineau including 3 cleaning products. A soothing make-up remover, a gentle cleansing lotion (for removing eye make-up or lipstick) and a gentle cleansing toner. You pay about $16 and get three times 1.6 fl. oz. The make-up remover milk I don't really use that often because I prefer make-up wipes to remove my foundation etc. What I like about the cleansing lotion is that it is oil free. So your eyes are not oily after you have removed your eye make-up. The downside is that it does not remove heavy eye make-up that well. But if you have very sensitive eyes, don't really wear heavy eye make-up or just don't like the feeling oily eye make-up remover gives you, you should definitely try this. It is also great for lipstick removal. Out of all I like the toner the most. It is very gentle, does not make my skin feel dry and like the two other products in this set it smells divine. I would have bought them in full size just for their great smell ;) They all have a very light floral scent which is kind of hard to describe.

Die Originalgröße beinhaltet dann 250ml und kostet ca. 26€. Insbesondere im Vergleich zu dem Alverde Gesichtswasser ist dies sehr teuer. Da man nicht so viel benötigt, hält es recht lange. Gerade das Reiseset ist eine tolle Möglichkeit die drei Produkte zu einem akzeptablen Preis zu testen und dann für sich selbst zu entscheiden ob man den Preis für die Originalgröße zahlen möchte oder nicht.

Für die, denen es die Produkte dann doch angetan haben sollten noch einen Tipp, gelegentlich gibt es die drei Produkte auch in der Oringinalgröße in einem Dreierset wodurch man nochmal etwas Geld sparen kann.

The full size bottle contains 8.4 fl. oz and costs about $36 (shipping included). It is very expensive but you don't need that much of is so it will last quite a while. The travel set is a nice way to try these three products to a moderate price and than decide by yourself if it's worth to you to get the full size.

Sometimes they also have the full size products in a Set so you pay less than buying the individual full sized bottles.
