Burt's Bees Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo

Das Burt's Bees Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo hat es mir angetan!!! Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Haarkur, die man VOR dem Haare waschen in das angefeuchtete Haar einmassiert, 15 Min oder länger einwirken lässt, dann auswäscht und schließlich wie gewohnt die Haare mit Shampoo wäscht. Die Haarkur kommt in einer 123g Tube und ist in Deutschland z.B. über Feelunique.com ab 10,20€ erhältlich. Gelegentlich ist die Haarkur auch in einem Set mit einem Kamm und einer Duschhaube erhältlich, dann aber nicht mehr für 10,20€.

I really like the Burt's Bees Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo and this is how you use it: BEFORE you shampoo you massage a tablespoon of the Avocado Butter into your wet hair and leave it on for about 15 min or longer. Afterwards you rinse your hair and shampoo it asusual. The conditioner comes in a 4.34 oz tube and costs about $ 8.99. It is for example available at drugstore.com. The hair treatment is also available in a set including the Avocado Butter, a shower cap and a comb.

Mein Haare fühlen sich nach der Anwendung wesentlich gesünder und griffiger an und riechen einfach himmlisch :) Man benötigt auch pro Anwendung nur eine geringe Menge, in der Anleitung ist die Rede von einem Suppenlöffel voll. Da es sich hierbei für meine Verhältnisse um eine sehr reichhaltige Haarkur handelt, reicht eine wöchentliche Anwendung völlig aus und man kommt recht lange mit einer Tube aus. Das Produkt ist laut Hersteller auch als Stylinghilfe (Ich schätze als Wax oder Gel?) anwendbar. Ich selbst habe es hierfür jedoch noch nicht benutzt. Neben Avocadoöl gehören Brennnesseln und Rosmarin zu den wesentlichen Bestandteilen des Produkts. Bei Burt's Bee Produkten im Allgemeinen mag ich, dass der prozentuale Anteil an natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen darauf verzeichnet ist. Bei diesem Produkt sind es 99,25% :)

My hair feels super healty and soft after that treatment and the Avocado Butter smells like heaven :) You only need a small amount of product and since it is a rather rich hair treatment using it once a week should be fine. So the tube will last you some time. Burt's Bees also recommends using the Avocado Butter as a styling aid (I suppose as a substitute for gels/wax?). I personally have not used it for this purpose. Main ingredients are avocado oil, nettle leaf powder and rosemary lead powder. What I like a lot about Burt's Bees products in general is that the packaging tells how many percent natural the product is. In this case it is 99.25% :)
