Manhatten Spice up your Nails 96P


.Manhatten hat zur Zeit eine LE mit Nagellack (Spice up your Nails). Besonders gut hat mir die Farbe 96P gefallen. Ein Grau-Taupe-Mauve Ton der stark an OPI Metro Chic erinnert. Ich selbst besitze den OPI in der Farbe Metro Chic nicht, bin aber auf einen Blog gestoßen der genau das bestätigt. Die beiden Farben sind fast identisch. Ich finde es vor allem interessant, dass der Manhatten 96P je nach Lichteinfall die Farbe von Grau-Taupe zu dunklem Lila ändert. Das Auftragen ging relativ problemlos. Bei 1-2 Fingern wurde der Lack bei mir streifig, das hängt aber vermutlich mit der Art des Auftragens zusammen, da die anderen Finger nicht streifig geworden sind. Mit einer Schicht ist der Lack schon sehr deckend, wer es jedoch perfekt will, muss 2 Schichten auftragen. Etwas anstrengend bei Manhatten Nagellack ist die für meinen Geschmack recht enge Öffnung der Nagellackfalsche wodurch der Pinsel mit nur wenig Spielraum passt. Der Nagellack trocknet recht schnell und hält auch ganz gut.
Alles in allem kann ich den Nagellack nur weiterempfehlen. Preislich liegt er zwischen 2,75€ und 2,99€. Leider ist er jedoch nur in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz erhältlich.


Manhatten is a German Cosmetic brand which just released a new LE for nail polishes called "Spice up your nails". One color (96P) really reminded me a lot of OPI Metro Chic. I personally don't own that polish but I found a blog where someone combared the two and they really almost look identical. It is a really pretty grey-taupe-mauve color. Depending on the light it changes the way it looks sometimes it looks just grey-taupe and sometimes it looks totally mauvy. I really like this nail polish. It is going to be a great color for fall. One coat already looked pretty opaque a second coat makes it perfectly opaque. The nail polish applies good one or two fingers turned out to be streaky but that's probably just a matter of how you apply it because the other fingers are perfectly fine. It dries pretty quickly and lasts a good amount of time. It costs less than $4 but is unfortunately only available in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
