Die Diorskin Nude Foundation zählt seit längerem zu meinen Favoriten. Doch sie war in etwa halb leer, da gab sie nix mehr her. Der Pumpspender war irgendwie kaputt/verstopft oder was auch immer. Ich konnte ihn jedenfalls nicht mehr runterdrücken. Aufschrauben lässt sich diese Foundation leider auch nicht. Also habe ich mich an Dior gewendet. Eine sehr nette Kundenbetreuung hat mich dann gebeten das Produkt einzuschicken (nach Frankreich). Das habe ich dann auch gemacht. Ein paar Tage später habe ich eine E-mail mit der Bestätigung bekommen, dass die Foundation bei Dior angekommen ist. Sie haben mir Ersatz versprochen und eine kleine Überraschung als Entschädigung für den Aufwand und das Porto. Wieder ein paar Tage später kam dann ein Paket von Dior. Darin enthalten eine neue Foundation und als Aufwandsentschädigung eine J'adore Seife, die super riecht. Das nenne ich super Kundenservice.
Die ganze hin und her Schickerei hat dann aber doch insgesamt ca. 1,5 Wochen gedauert. Da ich zwischenzeitlich auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen war und ich an dem Tag nicht auf meinen Foundation-Favoriten verzichten wollte, habe ich in einer Müllerfiliale einer netten Verkäuferin meine Lage geschildert und nach einer Probe von der Foundation gefragt. Eine Probe hatten sie leider nicht vorrätig, aber die sehr verständnisvolle Mitarbeiterin hat mir angeboten eine Abfüllung vom Tester zu machen. Also habe ich bei Müller für den Übergang einen Reisebehälter für 0,50€ bekommen, gefüllt mit meiner Foundation. Die Abfüllung war so großzügig, dass ich weit länger als nur für die Hochzeit damit ausgekommen bin.
The Diorskin Nude is one of my most favorite Foundations. It was about half empty when the pump dispenser stopped working. I could not push it down anymore. Since you can't unscrew the top of the foundation I contacted Dior. They asked me to sent them the foundation to France which I did. I received a confirmation a couple of days later that the foundation had arrived. They were going to sent me a new one plus a little extra for the effort and the shipping I had to pay. Another couple of days and a package from Dior arrived. It contained the new foundation and a soap from the perfume J'adore. It smells really nice. Dior has a great customer service. But with a product that expensive you kind of expect that. I was positively surprised anyway.
In whole process took about one and a half weeks. In between I was invited to a weeking to which I didn't want to forgo my favorite foundation. That's why I went to a department store explaining the situation and asking for a sample size. The lady didn't have a sample but was very understanding and offered me to fill me a little jar (which was like 0,50€) with product from the tester. She was pretty generous so the foundation in the jar lasted me for a couple of days. Nice customer service as well :)
