KIKO Peach Nagellack

Dieser Nagellack von Kiko (359) durfte bei mir einziehen. Mit nur einer Schicht deckt er erstaunlich gut. Für mich ein schöner Frühlingsnagellack.

I recently bought this nail polish from Kiko in the color 359. I only needed one coat. It is a really pretty spring color.

KIKO Blooming eyeshadow palette MISTY GREENS

Als ich neulich durch KIKO stöberte war ich sehr positiv von dieser Lidschattenpalette angetan. Die Farben sind zum Teil recht außergewöhnlich vor allem das Grün in der Mitte und der Cremeton rechts oben haben es mir sehr angetan. Toll finde ich auch, dass die Lidschatten in dieser Palette nicht so extrem glitzern und zum Teil sogar ganz matt sind.

Es sind 9g in der Palette enthalten und sie hat 12,90€ gekostet. Es gibt die Palette noch in 5 weiteren Farbkombinationen. Aus der lilanen Palette "Ultimate Violets" habe ich mich noch total in einen gräulichen Mauveton verliebt. Da mir die anderen Farben aber nicht sonderlich zugesagt haben, konnte ich mich von dem Kauf zurückhalten. 

I got this new palette from KIKO for 12,90€ you get 9g of product. I really love the color combination. Especially the green in the middle and the cream color in the right top corner is rahter unique. I also like that the eyeshadows are not all shimmery. The palette is also available in 5 other colors. The purple palette called "Ultimate Violets" had one color in it which really caught my attention. But since I was not really keen on the other colors in the palette I could resist! ;) I am really satisfied with this palette however!

Kiko Color Fever Eyeshadow Palette Unexpected Rosy Taupe

Die Palette ist limitiert und kostet 12,90€. Es gibt sie wohl schon eine Weile (seit September?) aber ich habe sie vor kurzem noch ergattern können. Die Farben haben mich sofort angesprochen, da sie sehr interessant und doch tragbar sind.

Die Farbe links oben ist ein helles grau-beige mit rosa Perlmutt-Schimmer-Effekt.

Die Farbe rechts daneben ist ein Taupe-Braun mit pinkem Schimmer.

Der Lidschatten links unten ist ein schöner heller gold schimmernder Highlighter.

Die letzte und zugleich dunkelste Farbe in diesem Qaud ist ein dunkler Braunton mit violetten Schimmerpartikel.

Ich finde vor allem die ersten beiden Farben sehr interessant, da sie ziemlich einzigartig sind. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, dass die Palette etwas weniger auffällige Glitzerpartikel enthalten würde. Lediglich der Highlighter enthält kaum grobe Glanzpartikel.

I recently got this eyeshadow palette from Kiko. It is a limited edition palette which was released in September. I was still able to get it recently. I think it is a very unique palette. The first color is a grey / beige color with light pink mother of pearl shimmer. The next color is a taupy brown with a pink / cranberry shimmer. The next eyeshadow is a light gold highlighter shade. The last shadow is a dark brown shade with purple shimmer.

I especially like the first two eyeshadows in this palette because they are rather unique. I only wish there was a little less obvious chunky shimmer in these eyeshadows. The only eyeshadow that does not have chunky shimmer in it is the light gold one.

Kiko mat fluid

Nachdem ich im Internet viel gutes über das mattierende Feuchtigkeitsfluid gelesen habe, dass viele als tollen Primer loben, musste ich es auch mal testen. Die Lotion ist in einem praktischen Pumpspender.

I heard a lot of good things about the mat fluid from Kiko. A lot of people seem to use it as a make-up primer and are very happy with it. That's why I wanted to give it a try myself.

Das Fluid hat eine angenehme Textur und ist weißlich, wenn es aus dem Spender kommt.

The fluid comes in a pump dispenser which is pretty handy. The product itself is a white lotion.

Die Creme verspricht relativ viel. Poren verkleinern, mattieren, Feuchtigkeit spenden, reduziert Imperfektionen, verlängert den Halt des Make-ups etc. Man kann sie sowohl morgens als auch abends auftragen und sie ist vorwiegend für normale und trockene Haut geeignet. Wobei ich diese Einordnung für ein mattierendes Fluid doch eher unpassend finde, da doch vor allem Leute mit fettiger Haut einen mattierenden Effekt benötigen. Ich habe mir das Fluid im Sommer gekauft, wenn meine normalerweise eher trockene Haut eher zur Mischhaut wird. Das Produkt wirkt keine Wunder. Mein Gesicht ist nicht den ganzen Tag matt. Aber wenn ich das Fluid als Primer benutze, habe das Gefühl, dass es länger matt bleibt als wenn ich das Fluid nicht verwende. Darüber hinaus ist mein Make-up an den richtig heißen Sommertagen nicht "geschmolzen", wie es sonst schon mal der Fall sein kann. Ich kann auch bestätigen, dass es die Haut gut mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt. Die Poren verfeinert es meiner Ansicht nach nicht, auch Imperfektionen werden eher durch das Make-up als durch das Fluid optisch reduziert. Ich bin jedoch mit dem zufrieden, was das Produkt kann und benutze es gerne unter Make-up als Primer.

The fluid promises a lot. It is suppost to minimize pores, mattify, nourish the skin, reduce imperfections and prolong your make-up... You are suppost to apply it in the morning and at night and it is recommanded for normal to dry skin. Even though since it is a mattifying fluid I think it should also be for combination skin or even oily skin because they need the mattifiny effect the most. I bought this fluid in summer when I tend to have combination skin rather then dry skin which I usually have. It did work for me. It does not keep me mat all day long but I did get the feeling that my face stays mat longer than usually in summer and even in the hottest weather the make-up didn't melt of my face like it sometimes did without the primer. It did not minimize my pores however or reduce the appearance of imperfections. I am still satisfied with what it does and enjoy using it.

KIKO II

Gestern war ich seit langem mal wieder im Loop 5 in Darmstadt. Neben ein paar richtig schönen Schnäppchen, hab ich dort auch ein paar Kiko Produkte ergattert.

Nach meinem ersten Besuch von Kiko im Oktober letzten Jahres, hatte ich euch hier schon ein paar Produkte vorgestellt.

I went to Loop 5 a shopping center by Darmstadt yesterday. Besides finding a few really great bargains I also went to Kiko cosmetics.

Ich wollte mir dieses Mal vor allem die Glamorous Eye Pencils etws genau anschauen und habe mich dann für die Nr. 413 ein schönes metallisches Khaki entschieden.

Darüber hinaus habe ich mir den matten Lidschatten 115 ein Tannengrün mit leichtem Stich in Richtung Petrol ausgesucht.

This time I wanted to check out the Glamorous Eye Pencils by Kiko. I choose the No. 413 a pretty metallic khaki.

I also got a matte eyeshadow in the color 115 which is a fir green with a slight hint of teal.

Zu guter Letzt durfte auch noch das Soft Light Powder mit Mineral Formula in der Farbe 02 mit.

Das Puder ist extrem seidig, besteht zu 90% aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen und ist kaum deckend, also eher ein Puder zum Fixieren. Wenn man mal einen sehr natürlichen Look möchte kann man auch völlig auf Foundation verzichten und ausschließlich das Puder zum mattieren benutzen.

I also ended up with one of their Soft Light Powder with Mineral Formula in the color 02. It is an extremly silky powder which contains 90% ingredients of natural origin. The powder is very sheer and not opaque at all. It is great to top off your foundation with or if you just want a really natural look you can skip the foundation and only used this powder to matify your skin.
