MAC Digit Eyeshadow und Tarnish Eye Kohl

Zwei Kandidaten, die schon lange auf meiner Wunschliste standen...

Vor Jahren hat Tiffany D von dem Lidschatten Digit von MAC geschwärmt. Ich meine damals war er nicht im Standardsortiment. Als ich den Lidschatten dann neulich bei Douglas entdeckt habe, musste er mit. Es ist ein super heller Fliederton. 

These two MAC products have been on my wishlist for a very long time. I first heard Tiffany D rave about the eyeshadow Digit ages ago. I believe it was not in the standard range at this time. But when I recently saw the eyeshadow at Douglas I had to have it.

Ohne Base ist der Lidschatten etwas schwach Pigmentiert. Mit Base, ist der jedoch perfekt. :)

Without a base the pigmentation is rather weak. But with a base it turns out the perfect pastel lilac.

Ein weiterer Wunschlistenkandidat ist der Eye Kohl von MAC in der Farbe Tarnish. Ein fast schwarzer Grünton. Der Eye Kohl ist sehr cremig. Die Farbe ist ein Traum und trifft genau meinen Geschmack. :)

The eye kohl in the color Tarnish has been on my wishlist for quite a while as well. It is an almost black green which is just the perfect eye kohl color to me. It is really creamy and easy to smudge.

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Eye Kit

 

 

Das Bobbi Brown Set, das ich euch hier schon gezeigt hatte, ist vor einer Weile angekommen.  Enthalten sind wie bereits erwähnt ein Black Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, ein Long-Wear Cream Shadow in Velvet Plum, eine Black Party Mini Mascara sowie einen doppelseitigen Pinsel.  Den Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner kenne ich schon und bin sehr zufrieden damit. 

Doppelseitige Pinsel sind zwar praktisch aber die Aufbewahrung gestaltet sich dann doch eher schwierig. Die meisten, so auch ich, bewahren ihre Pinsel stehend in einem Glas oder ähnlichem auf. Das funktioniert natürlich bei einem doppelseitigen Pinsel nicht. Das tolle an der Version von Bobbi Brown ist der Deckel auf der Seite des Eyeliner- Pinsels. Durch den Deckel kann man den Pinsel nämlich stehend aufbewahren ohne, dass eine Seite des Pinsels beschädigt wird. Eine wirklich tolle Lösung, die sich andere Hersteller zum Vorbild nehmen sollten. 

Ich habe bereits einen Bobbi Brown Eyeliner-Pinsel und war immer sehr zufrieden damit. Leider hat sich bei mir die Spitze irgendwann verformt und ist etwas ausgefranzt, sodass ich keine präzise Linie mehr damit zeichnen konnte. Ich hoffe, dass mir das bei dem neuen Pinsel nicht auch passiert. Die andere Seite des Pinsels ist ideal um den Creamlidschatten aufzutragen. 

The Bobbi Brown set which I had already shown you here arrived a while ago. The set contains a Black Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, a Long-Wear Cream Shadow in Velvet Plum, a Black Party Mini Mascara as well as a double-ended brush. I already have on of the Bobbi Brown Long-wear gel eyeliners and I like like them.

The double-ended brush is very handy especially because it has a cap to put on the one side. This way you can have the brush standing in a glas or similar without damaging it. One side is for applying eyeliner the other is to apply the cream eyeshadow. I already own a eyeliner brush from Bobbi Brown and I really used to like it untill the bristles started to stick out weird. You can see the difference in the picture underneath.

 

Die Mascara habe ich noch nicht getestet, da ich zur Zeit schon eine Sample Mascara von Benefit und Urban Decay sowie zwei andere Fullsize Mascaras in Gebrauch habe. 

Der Name Velvet Plum ist etwas irreführend. Der Lidschatten ist braun / taupe und hat wenn überhaupt nur einem minimalen Plum Einschlag.  Für mich persönlich ist das allerdings eher ein Vorteil, weil ich diese Farbe sicher öfter tragen werde, als es mit einem echten Pflaumenton der Fall wäre. Der Lidschatten hat einen leichten Goldschimmer. Da die Farbe nicht zu dunkel ausfällt und der Schimmer sich noch in Grenzen hält, ist die Farbe auch toll für tagsüber.

I have not tried the mascara sample yet since I am already trying two other mascara samples at the moment (Benefit and Urban Decay) and I didn't want to open a third sample.

The name of the eyeshadow "Velvet Plum" is rather misleading. It more of a taupe than a plum which I find a good thing because I probably wouldn't use a true plum eyeshadow as ofter as I would use a taupe. The eyeshadow has gold shimmer in it but nothing too crazy. It is a very wearable shade.

 Ich hatte es schon vorher auf meinem Blog erwähnt, aber Breuninger hat einfach die absolut coolsten Kosmetikproben. Bei Douglas kann man sich die Proben zwar aussuchen, aber viel spannender als ein paar Parfümproben wird es eher selten. Die Proben von Breuninger sind i.d.R. deutlich großzügiger in der Größe und auch (für meinen Geschmack) ansprechender was den Inhalt angeht...

I really love the samples you get when ordering from the Breuninger online store. They are usually a lot more generous in terms of size than e.g. Douglas. And even thought you get to choose your samples at Douglas I samples I got from Breuninger so far were a lot more appealing to me...

40€ ist ein toller Preis für dieses Set, was einen Black Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, einen Long-Wear Cream Shadow in Velvet Plum, eine Black Party Mini Mascara sowie einen doppelseitigen Pinsel enthält. Die zwei Fullsize Augenprodukte kosten regulär schon knapp 50€ zusammen. Ich habe schon einen Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner und weiß, dass diese wirklich toll sind. Auf den Cream Shadow bin ich sehr gespannt! :)

Urban Decay -Book of Shadows IV

YAY - Es ist endlich angekommen :)

Lange habe ich mich darauf gefreut, jetzt ist es endlich da. Das Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV. Es ist das erste Book of Shadows, dass ich von Urban Decay habe. Im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Book of Shadows sind in diesem viele neutrale Töne enthalten, was ich sehr ansprechend finde.
Neben 16 Lidschatten sind in der Palette noch ein 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, eine Mini Primer Potion, sowie eine Mini Supercurl Curling Mascara enthalten. Es gibt außerdem noch etwas technisches Zubehör. Ein Mini-Lautsprecher, denn man sowohl mit USB als auch mit einem Audio-Stecker (heißt der so?) nutzen kann. Ebenfalls dabei ist eine Karte mit 5 QR-Codes, die einen via Smartphone zu Make-up Tutorials führen. Eine wirklich tolle Idee, etwas ärgerlich nur, dass man als nicht Smartphone-Besitzer nur schwer Zugriff auf die Videos hat.

I have been waiting for what seems like forever and not it finally arrived. :) The book of shadows IV from Urban Decay. It is the first book of shadows I got. I was never a huge fan of the book of shadows because they always contained too many bright less wearable eyeshadows. I like that this contains a lot of neutrals as well as bright colors. Aside from 16 eyeshadows this palette contains a 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, a travel-size Primer Potion and a travel-size Supercurl Curling Mascara. There are also some technical tools like a mini speaker and a USB cord and an audio cable so you can connect the speakers to your phone, MP3-player or computer. The book of shadows IV also comes with a card with 5 QR-codes which lead you to exclusive tutorials. 

Kommen wir zu den Lidschatten. Für mich die perfekte Mischung aus einer Vielzahl neutralen Tönen und ein paar schönen Farben. Die Lidschatten sind alle sehr buttrig und toll pigmentiert. Einzig die zwei "Glitzerkandidaten" Midnight Cowgirl und Midnight Rodeo sind ziemlich krümmlig. Bei diesen Lidschatten gibt es leider auch sehr viel Fallout. Laut dem Makeup-Artist in den Tutorials soll man sie mit den Fingern auftragen, damit der Glitzer nicht überall im Gesicht landet. Das wird den Fallout sicher etwas reduzieren aber nicht vollständig vermeiden. Eine weitere Ausnahme stellt Crystal dar. Dieser Lidschatten ist im Vergleich zu den anderen relativ sheer. 

Ich bin froh, dass in der Palette nur zwei Lidschatten mit grobem Glitzer enthalten sind. Laut Reviews der vorherigen Book of Shadows waren dort immer mehr Glitzerlidschatten enthalten. Was ich besonders toll finde, ist dass diese Palette eine Basic Farbe wie Skimp enthält. Auf diese Weise kann man wirklich einen ganzen Look mit der Palette schminken, ohne noch eine zusätzliche Farbe zum Verblenden heranziehen zu müssen. Die letzte Reihe Lidschatten ist insgesamt vermutlich meine Liebste. Aber auch Bender, Lost und Cobra sind echte Favoriten. 

Es gibt zwei Lidschatten, die auch in der Naked Palette (1) enthalten sind: Gunmetal und Sin.

I really like the combination of neutal and bright colors in this palette. I prefer neutral eyeshadows but I love to once in a while add come color to my eye makeup. The eyeshadows are really soft and have a great pigmentation. I am not a huge fan of the chunky glitter in Midnight Cowgirl and Midnight Rodeo. There is a lot of fall out with these eyeshadows. The Makeup artist in the Urban Decay Tutorials suggests to apply these shadows with your fingers to reduce fall out. I am glad that there are only 2 glittery eyeshadows. I heard that the previous book of shadows contained more than that. Crystal is comared to the others a rather sheer eyeshadow. I love that they added a very basic color like Skimp. This way you can do an entire look with just this one palette without having to reach for a simple nude color to make the other shadows work. The last row is probably my favorite just because I reach for neutal colors the most. But I am also a huge fan of Bender, Lost and Cobra.

Der 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner hat einen ziemlich Wet-Look auch wenn der Liner getrocknet ist. Ich persönlich mag diesen Wet-Look bei Eyeliner nicht so gerne.

Der Supercurl Curling Mascara ist für mich kein besonderes Highlight. Er ist nicht schlecht, aber eben auch nicht besonderes.

I tried the Supercurl Curling Mascara  and the results were ok. The mascara is nothing special in my opinion.

Die Lautsprecher finde ich wirklich praktisch. Eine tolle Idee, nicht nur um sich die Urban Decay Tutorials anzuschauen. 

I really like that they added the mini speakers to this palette. They are very handy to have not just to watch the Urban Decay tutorials.

Essence Gel Eyeliner

Ich habe einen Gel Eyeliner im Drogeriebereich gefunden, der für mich funktioniert. Definitives plus ist die Farbabgabe sowie die lange Haltbarkeit. Der Gel Eyeliner ist ein wenig softer als den, den ich bisher von Bobbi Brown verwendet habe, aber damit kann ich leben. Weil er so cremig ist, hat man schnell zuviel auf dem Pinsel, daher streiche ich das überschüssige Produkt immer am inneren Rand ab. Man kann den Pinsel natürlich auch am Handrücken oder ähnlichem abstreichen. Der Gel Eyeliner ist dann super einfach aufzutragen. Ich benutze dafür einen abgeschrägten Eyeliner-Pinsel.

Vermutlich wird der Eyeliner demnächst noch bei mir in braun einziehen. Die anderen Farben sprechen mich persönlich weniger an. Ein tolles royalblau würde ich mir noch Wünschen. Die Farbe "Berlin Rocks", die auf der Homepage von Essence wie ein schönes Blau wirkt, ist in echt leider eher lila als blau.

I found a gel eyeliner in the drugstore that works perfectly for me. It contains 3ml and costs 2,99€ and it is from Essence. The consistency is a little softer than my Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner which used to be my favorite. Because the texture is rather soft you can easily get to much product onto your brush. Thus I wipe of any extra product at the edge of the glas container (you could just as well wipt it off at the back of your hand). The great thing about this product is that it is a rich color and it lasts forever! Once you have the right amount of product on your brush it is really easy to apply the product.

Smashbox

Smashbox wurde 1996 von zwei Brüdern Dean und Davis Factor in den USA gegründet. Ursprünglich hatten die Brüder ein Foto-Studio. Durch diverse anfragen nach Foto-Shooting tauglichem Make-Up kam dann die Idee der eigenen Kosmetikmarke. Die Marke wird seit kurzem auch bei uns über QVC verkauft. Sie zählt eher zur High-end Kosmetik. Das wohl bekannteste Produkt von Smashbox ist ihr Photo Finish Foundation Primer (den seht ihr rechts oben im Foto als Probegröße). Mein Lieblingsprodukt von Smashbox sind eindeutig die Blushes dicht gefolgt von den Lipglossen. :)

Smashbox was founded in 1996 in the US from the brothers Dean and Davis Factor. They originally owned a photo-studio but after several inquires to come up with make-up for professional photo-shooting they founded the Smashbox cosmetic brand. They are more towards the High-End side. Their most famous product is prbably their Photo Finish Foundation Primer. My favorite products from them are their blushes and their lipglosses.

Hier sehr ihr meine Smashbox Blushes. Ganz links oben ist ein Blush, der in der Mother of Earth Palette dabei war. Ein tolles Peach. Daneben ist eine Cheek Palette namens Close-Up. Leider stehen darauf nicht die Namen der einzelnen Farben. Lustigerweise ähneln sie aber relativ stark den einzelnen Blushes, die ich von Smashbox habe. In der unteren Reihe seht ihr zuerst das Soft Lights Blush Duo in Haute/Couture, daneben dann die Blushes Proof Sheet, Aperature und Smashing Snap. In den Einzelnen Blushes sind jeweils 3,8g enthalten, Kostenpunkt $24. Die Blushes sind alle matt oder Satin Finish bis auf das Duo, das ist frost bzw. schimmernd. Die Blushes haben eine tolle Pigmentierung und halten den ganzen Tag! Eine meiner absoluten Lieblingsblushes :)

Here are my blushes by Smashbox. The first one is the one from the Mother of Earth palette it's a really nice Peach. Next to it is a Blush Palette called Close-Up. I don't know the names of the blushes in this palette. But they look a lot like the single blushes I have from Smashbox ;)

Next comes the Soft Lights Blush Duo in Haute/Couture. They the single blushes in Proof sheet, Aperature and Smashing Snap. The single ones are 3.8g and cost $24. All blushes are matte or satin finish unless the Duo which has frost / shimmer. The blushes have a great pigmentation and last all they. They are one of my favorite blushes all time.

Mother Earth Palette, Close-Up Palette, Soft Lights Blush Duo in Haute/Couture mixed, 2x Soft Lights Blush Duo in Haute/Couture Single, Proof Sheet, Aperature, Smashing Snap

An Lippenprodukten habe ich 4 Lipliner und einen Lipgloss. Die Lipliner sind gut, aber es gibt sicherlich vergleichbar gute von anderen Marken. Den Lipgloss finde ich da schon eher erwähnenswert. Er hatte eine tolle Textur und hält recht lange. Die Farbe Protege ähnelt übrigens ein bisschen dem Viva Glam V Gloss.

I own 4 of their lipliners they are good but there or other brands with a similar quality. I much rather talk about their lipgloss because they are really good! They feel good on the lips and last pretty well. I won the color Protege which looks a little like Viva Glam V Gloss.

Smashing Outline, Smashing Define, Cafe Latte, Smashing Muse und den Lip Enhancing Gloss in Protege

An Augenprodukten besitze ich zwei Lidschattenpaletten die bereits erwähnte Mother of Earth Palette sowie die MUSE Artist Eye Palette. Die Qualität ist sehr unterschiedliche. Die Lidschatten in der Muse Palette sind super weich und sehr gut pigmentiert, leider bröseln sie etwas. Die Lidschatten in der Mother of Earth Palette bröseln nicht, sind dafür aber auch nicht so schön weich und die Farbabgabe ist Mittel. Die einzelnen Lidschatten von Smashbox sind quasi ein Mittelding. Nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart, gut pigmentiert und sie krümelt nicht. Ich habe nur eine Farbe davon (Enchanted), da ich jedoch schon so eine ähnliche Farbe habe, verkaufe ich diese. Außerdem besitze ich noch die Eye Liner Palette, ein Eye Illusion Trio und einen Cream Eyeshadow Liner in der Farbe Fan Club, den ich euch auch schon mal hier vorgestellt hatte.

I own two eyeshadow Palettes the Mother of Earth Palette and the MUSE Artist Eye Palette. Their qulity is rather different. The shadows in the MUSE Palette are super soft and pigmented but they also crumble. The Mother of Earth eyeshadows are not as soft only moderately pigmented but they don't crumble. Their single eye shadows are a whole nother story. They are right in the middle not too soft and not too hard, they don't crumble and they are decently pigmented. I only own one of them (Enchanted) but since I already have a similar shadow in that color I'm going to sell that one. Other than that I own a Liner Palette, a cream shadow liner and a trio in eye illusion.

Ähnlich dem Eye Transformer von Elf. Kann man einzeln oder über anderen Lidschatten verwenden um die Farbe zu verändern.

It's a lot like the Eye Transformer from Elf. You can use it by itself or on top of other shadows to change their color.

Swatches Liner, Shadow Liners:

Die Idee mit der kleinen Visitenkarten großen Palette ist toll, leider sind die Liner nicht so der Hit. Wohingegen der Shadow Liner in der Farbe Fan Club zu meinen Favoriten gehört!

I like the idea of the small creditcard sized Palette with cream eyeliners in it. But the liners are really not that great. I much more love the Cream Shadow Liner in Fan Club!

Außerdem besitze ich das Augenbrauenpuder und eine Probe vom Primer. Ich mag das Augenbrauenpuder gerne, finde es jedoch für die kleine Menge zu teuer. Ich bin kein großer Primer-Fan und benutze sie nur ganz selten, weil ich das Silikon-Gefühl nicht so gerne mag, daher kann ich dazu nicht soviel sagen.

I also own the brow powder which I already showed you guys here. I like it a lot but I think it is too pricy for the small amout of product you get. I can't really say too much about the Primer sample I have. I am not so much into Primers because I don't like the silicon feeling of them.

The Balm Pick-up Liners

Bei meinem Douglas habe ich neulich festgestellt, dass der komplette TheBalm Restbestand nur noch 5€ pro Artikel kostet. Der Restbestand war jedoch nur noch sehr bescheiden. Ein paar Lippenstifte, Lipglosses, Overshadows sowie einige wenige Pick-Up Liner Sets

Da ich die Pick-Up Liners schon länger ins Auge gefasst habe, konnte ich da nicht widerstehen. Ich bin jedoch sehr sehr froh, dass ich die Pick-up Liners bisher nicht schon über's Internet bestellt habe. Die Kajals wirken im Internet irgendwie größer. Ok, es steht dabei, dass es sich dabei um Mini Kajals handelt, aber dass sie sooo Mini sind (6cm, ohne Deckel), hätte ich auch wieder nicht gedacht. Immerhin ist der Originalpreis in den USA stolze $19 bei uns kostet das Set regulär das gleiche nur in €. Neben den 3 MINI-Kajals ist auch ein Spitzer dabei, wobei ich das bei der Mini-Größe schon fast ironisch finde.

Wie dem auch sei, 5€ empfand ich als wesentlich angemessener...

I have been thinking about getting the Pick-up Liners from theBalm for quite a while. I am really glad I did not order them online. They look a lot bigger on pictures online. I know the packaging says "mini- eyeliner pencils", but I didn't think they were that mini! I got lucky because I found them in my Douglas for only 5€ ($6.70) instead of their regular price in Germany which is 19€ ($25). CRAZY who is willing to pay that much money for three 2.36'' eyeliner pencils and a sharpener. Well you for sure can not sharpen these a whole lot.

But for $6.7 I finally got the Pick-up Liners in "Karate" which includes the colors: blue, green and purple.

TheBalm has another set of Pick-up Liners in "Mickey" which includes grey, brown and black.

Mein Douglas hatte das Set nur noch in "Karate" (blau, grün und lila). Das Set hat mich jedoch ohnehin immer mehr interessiert, als das Set "Mickey" indem die Farben schwarz, braun und grau enthalten sind.

Die Kajals sind relativ fest, lassen sich aber ganz gut auftragen. Die Farben sind sehr dunkel, sodass man bei dämmrigem Licht von weitem nicht erkennen könnte, dass es sich hierbei um blau, grün oder lila handeln würde. Ideal sind die Kajals jedoch, wenn man mal was anderes als schwarz will, aber dabei nicht gleich auffallen möchte.

The pencil eyeliners are rather hard but you can still apply them. The colors are very dark so in bad lighting and from far away you will not be able to tell that the colors are blue, green or purple. The colors are great if you don't feel like black but also don't want to be too bright.

Fazit:

Insgesamt muss ich jedoch sagen, dass ich schon bessere Produkte von theBalm gesehen habe. Für 19€ kann man gut und gerne auf die Pick-up Liner verzichten. Wer wie ich die Möglichkeit hat sie für angemessene 5€ zu bekommen, kann ruhig zugreifen. Vor allem für unterwegs sind sie recht praktisch.

Conclusion:

Overall the Pick-Up Liners is not my favorite product from theBalm. I would never pay the full price but for only $6.7 you can't really go wrong. They have a very travel-friendly size ;)

Black Pencil Eyel Liner Comparison

Heute gibt es mal einen kleinen Kajal Vergleich. Vergleichen möchte ich den schwarzen Eye liner von Artdeco(5,80€), den 24/7 Glide-on eye pencil von Urban Decay in Zero ($17 ca. 12€)und den Kajal eye liner von Stila in Onyx ($18 ca. 12,80€).

Davon abgesehen, dass alle drei schwarze Kajals sind, haben sie noch die Gemeinsamkeit, dass sie alle drei sehr cremig sind. Mit Cremig meine ich, dass sie so weich und cremig sind, dass man in der Regel keine richtig dünne Linie damit hin bekommt, sondern eher eine etwas Breitere, die sich dann jedoch leicht zum Smokey Eye Look verwischen lässt.

Wie ihr auf dem Bild sehen könnt, liefert der Stila Kajal das farbintensivste Schwarz, das mit dem Gloss ähnlichen Finish schon hast an Liquid Liner erinnert. Der Kajal von Urban Decay hat ein weit weniger intensives Farbergebnis und ist dicht gefolgt vom Artdeco Kajal. Von der Haltbarkeit liegt meiner Meinung nach der Urban Decay Liner vorne. Für die Wasserlinie(?) (waterline) ist jedoch der Stila Kajal der absolute Gewinner was die Haltbarkeit betrifft.

Fazit:

Mein Favorit ist der Stila.
Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat definitiv der Artdeco gewonnen.
Den Kajal von Urban Decay finde ich zwar gut, der sehr geringe Qualitätsvorsprung gegenüber dem Artdeco rechtfertigt jedoch nicht den doppelt so hohen Preis von Urban Decay.
Wenn es ein teurer Kajal sein soll, dann doch lieber der von Stila.


Today I am going to compare 3 black pencil eye liners: The 24/7 glide-on eye pencil from Urban Decay in Zero ($17), the Kajal eye liner from Stila in Onyx ($18) and the Artdeco kajal eye pencil is black ($8). All three pencil eye liners are extremly creamy and smooth. Because of that however it is almost not possible to draw a precise line.
The Stila product is the most intense black eye pencil. Because of it's almost glossy look it reminds me a lot of liquid liner. The Urban Decay liner is a lot less intense and closely followed by the Artdeco eye pencil. The Urban Decay pencil has the best staying power out of the three. However the Stila eye pencil is by far the best for the use at the waterline. It is the only eye pencil I know that will stay on the waterline all day long.



Conclusion:

The Stila eye pencil is my favorit.
The Artdeco pencil liner has the best cost/performance ratio.
Even though I do like the Urban Decay pencil it's quality is only a little better than the Artdeco pencil liner and which doesn't justify twice the price.
If it has to be a more expensive pencil liner it should rather be the Stila one.

KIKO

Ich war neulich zum ersten Mal in einem KIKO Store. Für diejenigen, die bisher noch nichts von KIKO gehört haben. Es ist eine italienische Make-up Marke, die mittlerweile auch den Weg nach Deutschland und Spanien gefunden hat. Bisher gibt es in Deutschland rund 8 Filialen, eine davon ist zum Glück halbwegs in meiner Nähe. :)

Die Filialen erinnern irgendwie ein wenig an Mac Stores. Preislich liegen die Produkte jedoch deutlich unter denen von Mac. Da ich bisher noch keine Produkte von KIKO probiert habe, habe ich mich nach laaaangem stöbern und ausprobieren auch für das ein oder andere Produkt entschieden...

I recently went to a KIKO store for the first time. KIKO is an Italien make-up brand that opened stores in Germany as well as in Spain. The store kind of reminded me of Mac stores just with a lot less expensive prices ;) I had never tried anything from KIKO and that's why I ended up with a couple of their products...

Vibrant Eye Pencil in 603 ein super schönes leicht metallisch schimmerndes Schokobraun. Auf der anderen Seite des Stifts befindet sich noch ein Smudger. Der Stift ist sehr weich und cremig. Man kriegt daher jedoch keine dünne Linie damit hin, er lässt sich aber leicht versmudgen also eher etwas für ein Smokey Eye bzw. wer auf breite Lidstriche steht. Der Vibrant Eye Pencil ist übrigens Made in Germany ;)

The Vibrant Eye Pencil in 603 is a very pretty metallic chocolate brown. The pencil is super soft and creamy. That's why it is almost impossible to make a thin line with it. But it is very easy to smudge and thus perfect for a smokey eye or everybody who doesn't mind thicker lines. Even thought the brand is Italien the eye pencil is made in Germany :)

Der Lidschatten in der Farbe 121. Die Farbe ein mattes grau/taupe. Die Farbe an sich ist sehr hell um ein so "intensives" Ergebnis wie auf dem Swatch zu erhalten, muss man schon ein paar mal drüber gehen. Da ich einen hellen Hauttyp habe, werde ich jedoch vermutlich keine Probleme damit haben. Ein schöner Lidschatten für jeden Tag, der nach was aussieht ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken.

I also got myself the eyeshadow in 121 which is a matte grey/taupe. The color is rather light that's why you have to build it up before it looks as "intense" as in the swatch picture. Since I am rather pale I don't mind the color to be that light. It is a nice eye shadow for a simple everyday look, but if you build it up like I did in the swatch it would also work for a more dramatic look.

Außerdem durften noch zwei Blushes mit. Der linke hat die Nummer 102, bei dem rechten weiß ich die Nummer nicht mehr, er war für eine Freundin bestimmt. Beide Blushes sind matt, recht gut pigmentiert und lassen sich gut verteilen.

Other than that I also bought 2 blushes. The left one has the no. 102 the right one was for a friend of mine that's why I don't have the number anymore. The blushes are matte and pretty good pigmented as well as easy to blend.

Außerdem durfte noch mit der Pencil Lipgloss in der Farbe 80. Der Glossstift lässt sich leicht auftragen und ist schön cremig ohne zu kleben. Die Farbe ist ein leicht bräunliches nude. Gefällt mir sehr gut! :)

Next comes the Pencil Lipgloss in 80. It is a Glosspencil that's very easy to apply. It has a creamy consistency is non sticky and doesn't dry out my lips. The color is a brownish nude. I like it a lot !

Zu guter Letzt durfte noch der Cream Infusion Stylo mit. Dieser ist jedoch schon seit einiger Zeit in meinem Bermuda Taschendreieck verschwunden. Da ich ihn bisher erst einmal benutzt habe und seither vermisse, konnte ich mir noch keine richtige Meinung darüber bilden.

Last but not least comes the Cream Indusion Stylo. Unfortunately this one got lost in my purse Bermuda-Triangle :( I only used it once and since than can't find it anymore. I didn't really had the chance to make up my mind about this product...
